Objective
This was easily the toughest and most enjoyable project I have worked on so far. The objective here was to create a working app that would calculate the amount of Ohms, or resistance, of a resistor based off of the colored bands.
Problem
The biggest problem here was figuring out a way to make the equations work properly and display the resistor itself as well.
Solution
The equation was done using an array of numbers that changed depending on the button that had been clicked. It would also, in the same instant, change the colors of the bands on the resistor. That was done through a number of image views placed behind the resistor image, and depending in the number of bands, different images would change their color.
