- Use hand sanitizer - If soap and water is not available, having an alchohol-based hand sanitizer will help kill germs and bacteria.
- Avoid getting close to people who are sick - Don't come into contact with those who are ill because it may spread the sickness to you.
- Keep your envirnment clean - You don't want to touch things that havent been clean in awhile.
- Live a healthy lifestyle - Stay well rested, get good nutrition, and keep your allergies controlled.
