Panic disorder

Panic disorder reacts different to normal fear to stress. When you get a panic attack there is no real reason. When you get a panic attack it is not uncommon for people to to start sweating, their heart also increases the frequency at which it beats .

Social anxiety disorder

Social anxiety disorder makes most activities a struggle. social anxiety is a fear of being judged by people it can make you feel incompetent and even worthless and very often leads to depression. It is estimated that seven percent of americans have this disorder.

Specific Phobias

Specific phobias is an irrational fear of a specific object/activity. The anxiety can be triggered by the object/activity itself or by anticipation of the object/activity. They show an extreme level of discomfort by their trigger. Specific Phobia affects 12 percent of people at some point in their life.

Generalized anxiety disorder

Generalized anxiety disorder gives people uncomfortable and usually irrational worry when encountering everyday situations. This worry can often make their lives far harder than they would be without it at times forcing them to not participate in certain activities. Two percent of americans and europeans experience Generalized anxiety disorder for the rest of the world that number is doubled.
