Career Goals
Managing and making the right investment is fun for me so I would like to be a financial analyst. Ever since, when I was a kid, I started taking the time to research ways to save money and what to invest in, making this job worthwhile for me. A financial analyst is someone who makes business recommendations for an organization based on analyses they carry out on factors like market trends, the financial status of a company and the predicted outcomes of a certain type of deal. By helping someone in managing their money feels so good since you know that you will be saving them money.
To become a financial analyst, the colleges I considered going are the University of Pennsylvania, New York University, and University of Michigan--Ann Arbor. With the grades I have now, it seems impossible but, I think that I have a chance, if I go to a community college and excel in my classes. These three schools are well known for their education in financial analyst. The housing for these uc’s are a lot of money and to stay out of debt it would be good for me to sign up for scholarships and financial aid.
College Plans
For the real estate career, the college I would go to would be Uc Berkeleyor UCLA. With the grades I have now, it seems impossible but, I think that I have a chance if I go to a community college and perform very well. These three schools are well known for their education for business administration and for me to compete against veterans in real estate it would seem that I would need to get more experience. The housing for these UCS are a lot of money and to stay out of debt it would be good for me to sign up for scholarships and financial aid. .
It would be good for me to go UC Berkeley to get an architecture major, because Berkrley was ranked in the top five for their architecture program. Berkeley seems like a good choice for me because it is close to home and it is a public school. Public schools are cheaper than private schools, with lower tuition, I can rent out a dorm, so I don’t have to drive there all the time. Since, my family has a low income FAFSA can cover a lot of the cost. The class I need to cover is Calculus, which covers the basics of architect are like Algebra, geometry and trigonometry.
