Objective : Using SVG and JavaScript, create an HTML web page which shows circles in a frame, with sliders that can change the radius, opacity, and number of circles to the users liking.
The Problem : Small children are always handed devices to stay engaged and any random app they click may play spontaneous things which could be useless or harmful to the child.
The Solution : With the random circles web page, children can use this to learn about circles and excel in geometry as opposed to just receiving a device playing whatever they like thus giving no merit to the child.
