Tic Tac Toe

Objective: Create Tic Tac Toe in javascript.

Problem: We don’t know anything regarding who’s turn it is or who has won.

Solution: Have the game detect the letter about to be placed and tell the players, as well as telling the players whose three letters have made three in a row.
