Tic Tac Toe

Objective The objective is to create a Tic Tac Toe game in JavaScript and HTML and make the components of the game by hand.

Problem Tic Tac Toe is a game considered simple to advanced programmers, but is a great project to recreate for a beginner programmer for learning purpose and career furtherment.

Solution There is handmade X and O components for learning and projection, and a game board is set up to make the restraints in the game and let the user determine if they win or lose.
